Boston Red Sox 2010 Baseball Schedule

MLB has announced dates for the 2010 season. Highlights include the Red Sox hosting the Yankees at Fenway Park to open and end the 2010 season. The Sox play the Yankees sixteen times in 2010. The Red Sox close out tthe 2010 season hosting the Yanks for three more games at Fenway. The Red Sox will also host the Los Angeles Dodgers for a three game stand at Fenway June 18-20. The Dodgers will also confront the Yankees in 2010.

Red Sox Host Three Game Series Versus Yankees

The Boston Red Sox won the first eight games of the 2009 season against the New York Yankees and were in first place fora good part of the 2009 season. The Yankees countered back with four consecutive win versus the Red Sox and the Yankees now are in first place. The Yankees will visit Fenway Park August 21st to begin a three game series that may impact the AL East Division race.

Yankees to Reduce Some Ticket Prices

The NY Yankees have decided to cut in half some premium season tickets previously priced at $2500 and will reduce its $1000 seats to $600 in an effort to fill more of the premium seats at the New Yankees Stadium.  The cut in prices will be for season ticket holders who will receive cash back or free tickets.

Baseball Tickets Onsale This Weekend

Baseball Tickets will be available for purchase this weekend for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Anaheim Angels, Arizona Diamondbacks, Kansas City Royals, San Diego Padres and St. Louis Cardinals.
